15 First Aid Tips you must apply from today..........

As promised, I have brought to you the 'first-aid' which you can start applying from now now to heal your distorted mind and have efficient, organized and super-class life that was always meant for you.

Please check, right now, and list down the negative thoughts that has dwindled your life till now and has prevented it to grow. Then start reading the below steps and get powerful to carve your life in your own way......

  1. Change your posture: This disturbs the harmful bio-chemicals that were taking the luxury to multiply under the shelter of your gloominess; it then triggers the glands to secrete the ones that your new posture demands. Bad feelings create sunken posture and a good feeling creates the upright posture. Awareness causes us to ‘forcibly’ sweep away the killers and by ‘forcibly’’ I mean by the rule of ‘vise-versa’ (or you can also call it as ‘reverse effect’. So by changing the posture you release the bio-chemicals required for good feeling. Amazingly the ‘vise-versa’ rule is very effective and quick when used for ‘positivity’ because like as I said before that’s the way the nature wants you to be.

  2. Smile: When you are happy, you smile. The rule of vice-versa applied here again! Smile for a while and you will discover that all the good things happened to you will be flashing up in your mind.

  3. Feel happy instantly: This doesn’t require any tough efforts but only willingness. Never find a reason to be happy. Never be dependent on thoughts to be happy. Thoughts change every second and controlling millions of thoughts every day isn’t easy. But it’s easy to feel. Just think- if positive thoughts could create happy feelings then why not apply the vice-versa here again and first feel good and then think why? The list of blessings that you had not noticed and that you should be grateful to will be projected right in front of you.

  4. Never write your brain dump in your journals, write it in a waste scrap and throw it: Your journal should be your Bible. Filling it with troubles only makes it the one thing that will force you to look for more troubles in your life and fill it. And whenever you have a look at it, it will also remind you of the past troubles. Make it colorful at first (as every color will add up its unique vibration into you). Your journal should be a source of energy to you. As you flip through its pages you must get rejuvenated. Fill it with gratitude, quotes, inspirations, affirmations and prayers (be creative and always write your own prayer), and with your principles and values. Believe in ‘law of attraction’ and make a list of things that you want to attract in your life. Live with the feeling that those things have already come to you and smile.

  5. Give more: Only the one that has an abundance mindset will seek in abundance.

  6. Bless the ones who have hurt you: To forgive is to set the prisoner free and to discover that the prisoner was you. When you instruct your mind to forgive others, it will sub-consciously help you forgive yourself too.

  7. Read good books only: Motivational, inspiring biographies etc.

  8. Be careful about what you put inside your mind: Be cautious about what you watch in your TV, about your fellow mates and your surroundings. As our subconscious is always active and receptive always avoid the external factors that could impregnate a parasite of negativity in you.

  9. Have Faith: Miracles are now being called as undiscovered science. Studies shows that the radiations emitted from heart are 5000 times more powerful than that of brain. So, the moment you start finding proof for faith you are switching your source of power from heart to brain. Brain needs proof, it reasons and questions and also lets the previously fed subliminal messages hamper your decisions. But heart just trusts and extracts the infinite power to fulfill your desires.

  10. Empty your mind every night: Mediate and take a laughter dosage every day.

  11. Revitalize your body and spirit: Eat right. Savor the calmness of nature, let the peace heal you.

  12. Form a bubble around you and walk with your principles.

  13. Take up at least one new task/ project per week: If you do only what you can do, you will never be more than what you are now. Do not make a list of tasks for the whole year in advance. Let your daily inspirations work. Take a snippet and write down what small project you want to complete in next week. Stick it to your calendar. And once completed, take a green marker and mark a big ‘check’ on it. Watching the previously completed projects daily strengthens you more.

  14. Be authentic: You have been designed uniquely by the creator because your purposes are unique. Have a role model, get inspired, but do not copy. Contribute in your authentic style.

  15. Always be open to learning and teaching: Spread the wisdom.

Be conscious and aware of the symptoms; and before getting enslaved to it, apply the rule of vice-versa and be happy again.
